This is our path to 2024

How did our startup studio fare in 2023? Here is a summary of the key projects we will develop in 2024.

• First, we returned to our roots, focusing on prototyping our own products. We have created an MVP team that we are constantly strengthening with new, talented people. We built an internal Research Center. There, we prototype new products and analyze trends and regulations. Thanks to this, we support founding teams in the product acceleration process. We have improved our partnership competencies by cooperating in the tech for equity model.
• We have created an environment and tools that allow employees to start their business idea (more about it here).
• We supported over 20 companies.
• We have created a new Red Sky career website ecosystem and a dedicated Landing Page for Founders; these projects were appreciated in the Employer Branding Excellence Awards 2023 competition, where we triumphed in the „best career website” category, ex aequo with Leroy Merlin.
• We won the Puls Biznesu „Power of Attraction 2023” competition, winning the main prize for modern technologies in recruitment processes.
• We were a partner of „Founders Connect,” the first conference edition organized by our partner investment fund – Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder.
• We have entirely digitized the documentation of all entities.
• We have implemented procedures for unlimited remote work, as well as for portfolio companies.
• We participated in numerous offline events; Ewa Lale and Aleksandra Żołnowska were speakers at the Staff Congress; Aleksandra, together with Bartosz Fijałkowski, also spoke at the Puls Biznesu conference: „EB in practice”.
