I've worked with Red Sky for over 14 years, which speaks volumes as a recommendation. This team is genuinely passionate and professional. Through our collaboration, I was able to create and lead Traceroute42, which has thrived for the past eight years with their unwavering support. I've been working here since 2018. My specialty is UX and UI. I worked on three projects, being responsible for UX and UI. Thanks to various projects, I have learned a lot during these five years. However, I am most pleased that apart from pursuing our business goals together, we often feel great in each other's company at team building events.

Before Red Sky, I worked for several years in advertising agencies, spent five years in corporations, and had experience with several startups. Against this background, Red Sky looks excellent. It is quite a small but, therefore, fast and efficient organization, where decisions are made quickly, and managers listen to employees. People work here for years, not for lack of other options. It's happening because they want it, and they like it.

I have been working here for over a year, and visiting the office every day is a pleasure. It will be difficult to pinpoint the apparent disadvantages of working at Red Sky. I appreciate the high organizational culture that applies to my superiors and co-workers. Everyone has a lot of freedom in performing their tasks, and despite this independence, you can always count on help in case of problems. I am delighted with my work at Red Sky.
