I have been working at Red Sky since the end of 2016. Initially, it was an additional job for me during my studies. I could adjust my work schedule to the classes at the university, which suited me very well then. Seven years later, I still recommend working at Red Sky mainly due to the stability of employment and the possibility of development. It is a place where employees' commitment and initiatives are appreciated.
I've been working here since 2018. My specialty is UX and UI. I worked on three projects, being responsible for UX and UI. Thanks to various projects, I have learned a lot during these five years. However, I am most pleased that apart from pursuing our business goals together, we often feel great in each other's company at team building events.
I have been working here since 2022, being responsible for marketing. Before Red Sky, I worked for several years in advertising agencies, spent five years in corporations, and had experience with several startups. Against this background, Red Sky looks excellent. It is quite a small but, therefore, fast and efficient organization, where decisions are made quickly, and managers listen to employees. People work here for years, not for lack of other options. It's happening because they want it, and they like it.
I have been working here for over a year, and visiting the office every day is a pleasure. It will be difficult to pinpoint the apparent disadvantages of working at Red Sky. I appreciate the high organizational culture that applies to my superiors and co-workers. Everyone has a lot of freedom in performing their tasks, and despite this independence, you can always count on help in case of problems. I am delighted with my work at Red Sky.
