RED SKY Privacy Policy

The RED SKY Privacy Policy explains the rules governing the collection, use, processing, storage, transmission and disclosure of information that we may collect from or about you through our Website (located at www www.red-sky.com).     Service means RED SKY products made available to Users, including the website www www.red-sky.com and other RED SKY applications and services offered by RED SKY.

    User means a natural person acting on behalf of themselves or the entity in which he or she is employed (regardless of the legal basis) and uses the Services.

  2. PERSONAL DATA

    RED SKY will not collect any data about you that could enable us to identify you personally ("Personal Data"), unless you explicitly provide us with such Personal Data, by registering for material, requesting to inform you about the Company, participating in survey, participating in an online "chat" with representatives of RED SKY, posting a comment to an article on our blog or other similar activities.

    Intended use

    If you voluntarily provide us with your Personal Data, we may use your Personal Data to fulfill your request (e.g. requesting materials, answering a question, participating in an event, etc.) and/or providing information regarding products, services, offers and events of RED SKY.

You also have the right to make a complaint the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection, if you believe that the processing carried out by the Controller violates the obligations and principles resulting from the provisions of the law.
